$2,000 + GST for early clients. Brisbane based, working nationally.
Three working days later you have a short written plan: what each task costs you now, what it could look like instead, what it would cost to build, and whether I’d recommend doing it.
Including the things I’d leave alone.
What I won’t do
I won’t tell you AI is going to transform your business. I won’t recommend automating something where a wrong number matters and nobody checks the output. And I won’t sell you software.
If the numbers don’t justify building anything, the plan says so.
Who I am
I'm Brendan Shambrook. For twenty years I made video for businesses across Australia, from engineering and construction firms to NDIS providers and allied health. That put me in a lot of offices, listening to people describe the paperwork that was ruining their week.
I now build AI into the parts of that work where it genuinely helps. I understand the documents and I understand the tools, which is a rarer combination than it sounds.
