What the audit covers
I spend a day with your team — on-site, not on a video call — walking through the work that actually happens. Document creation, reporting, data entry, admin flows. I time what takes how long. I ask what gets rebuilt from scratch every time, what lives in someone's head, what breaks when that person is away.
Three working days later you get a short written plan. It covers what each task costs you now in hours and dollars, what the AI-assisted version would look like, what it would cost to build, and whether I'd recommend building it. If the numbers don't justify doing anything, the plan says that too.

What comes after
Some clients take the plan and run with it. That's fine — it's written to be used without me.
Some want help building what's in it. If that's useful, we can talk about what that looks like. It's never a retainer and it's never open-ended.
